Important changes to Chambers referee guidelines

Important note for all UK firms preparing Chambers UK submissions: Chambers have raised the number of referees permitted per practice area to 20. Chambers tell us that this change will affect UK submissions this year, but NOT other directories that are currently being researched (e.g. Latin America).
